As the regional press service of the German Chamber of Tax Advisors, since 2005 PR Team has been supporting the press work by the 21 regional tax advisor chambers and acts as a general consultant for communication matters.

  • Setting up and maintaining a regionally structured daily newspaper mailing list as well as a special media mailing list for press copy for specific target groups
  • Close co-ordination with the regional tax advisor chambers

Own project:
Liberale Liberale Initiative BERLIN

Agency tasks:
To design and organize Liberale Initiative, an alliance of party-independent citizens in the run up to Berlin's 2001 parliamentary elections.

The aim and claim was to bundle liberal forces in the capital city in order to achieve a good election result and to reinstate the FDP to Berlin's parliament.

  • Creation of campaign plans and time schedules
  • Acquisition of sponsors
  • Folders and Internet presence

  • Testimonial series and corner adverts
  • Organization of presentation events, sponsor meetings and other events
  • Press conferences with key public figures, including Prof Höhler, Mr Dussmann

The FDP was reinstated to Berlin's parliament with 9.9% and hence achieved their best election result since 1954.

Agency tasks:

Based on a communication concept, various co-ordinated measures were developed during the course of 2000 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the superstructure over the motorway in Schlangenbader Straße.

  • To find a motto: a strong urban presence – standardized/CD-compliant presence in all printed media, such as invitations, posters, billboards

Agency tasks::
Press work throughout the entire course of activities in conjunction with the 20th anniversary of the Schlagenbader Straße superstructure over the motorway.

Preparation of various press texts as continous information for the media and provision of press folders for the VIP reception and tenants celebration

As a result of this press work, there were reports in all of Berlin's top newspapers, supraregional newspapers and building and construction journals as well as radio and television reports.

Agency tasks:
Planning and implementation of a VIP event in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Schlagenbader Straße superstructure over the motorway.

  • Drafting the event programme with involvement on the part of representatives of the Federal Ministry of Building and Housing and Berlin's Senate Department of Urban Development
  • Invitation management
  • Organization of the event, inlcuding guest management, facilities, music, catering

From 1994 to 1998, the IHK built a new office building designed by architect Nick Grimshaw and hence paid tribute to the new tasks of the organisation in a unified Berlin that is also the seat of government.

Our assignment:
to develop a concept for integrated communication and project-oriented implementation of PR work

Organisation of the event celebrating the laying of the foundation stone for the Ludwig Erhard Haus with more than 600 guests from the politics, business and science communities throughout Germany.

The customer:

Planning and implementation of the official openeing of the Berlin sales offices with around 100 top represenstatives from business, politics and society on the 20th floor of the International Trade Centre in Berlin's Mitte district
